HISTORY

Resolution was founded in 1982 by its current CEO and two partners.  While the genesis of the company was broadcast televistion production and media manufacturing, the company's rapid expansion into customer care and fulfillment led to considerable growth in size and diversity of its broadcast, cable and publishing clients.

With the advent of e-commerce in the late '90s, Resolution led many of its clients into online sales.

Today Resolution manages the e-commerce presence and transactions of many of those same clients as well as many new e-commerce partners.
